Shipping to EU Member States
For shipping to other EU countries than Germany we charge € 9,- per order. Free shipping for orders exceeding € 150,- . We ship with DHL and German Post, depending on where you are and how fast the local post works, you can count with delvery leadtimes of 4 to 10 working days. All shipments can be traced through their unique shipping number.
Shipping worldwide
For shipping Worldwide (outside of the EU) we change € 20,- per order. We ship with DHL and German Post, depending on where you are and how fast the local post works, you can count with delvery leadtimes of 4 to 20 working days. All shipments can be traced through their unique shipping number, in some countries even trough their local post website.
Shipping to Germany
Truestore.eu covers a part of the packaging, recycling, insurance and shipping costs and charges a shippping contribution of € 4,90 per shipping within Germany. Free shipping for order with order value exceeding € 80,- (only valid within Germany, does not apply to punch bags).
DHL parcel service
We use DHL or German Post services by default. Easy and comfortable delivery to your doorsteps or to a Packstation, also with cash on delivery option. DHL / German Post also deliver on saturdays. In case you arre not at home at time of delivery, you can pick up your shipment at your nearest postoffice or post station, or have it comfortably send to one of 2500 packstations in Gemany and pick it up 24/7. From experience we learn that DHL needs about 2 working days to deliver within Germany and about 2-4 working days to Aurtia and Switzerland. All our DHL or German Post shipments are traceable through a unique shippingnumber, which you receive directly from DHL once we handover your shipment to them. In case you have not rececived this email from DHL, 24 hours after receipt of a shipment notice from TrueStore, please contact us.
UPS Service
We offer UPS parcel service within Germany as a prenium service for an upcharge of € 2,-. UPS needs 48 hours for delivery, but often delivers next working day. Unlike other parcel services UPS makes 3 delivery attempts before your parcel will be returned to your nearest UPS depot for collection. All UPS shipment are traceable through their comprehensive tracking system. UPS is fast and reliable. /p>
Punch bags
For shipping of filled punch bags within Germany we change € 15,- for all punch bags with and weight up till 31.0 kgs and € 25,- for all punch bags weighing more as 31.0 kgs. Please enquire for shipping costs to other countries.
